If you wish to exchange the product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.

Restocking fee:There is no restocking fee.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused or lightly used and in its original packaging.

1, Send an Email to help@playspuls.com;  Please briefly describe the issue, and include your order number and name.
If necessary, attach photos of the product to help us better understand the situation.

2, Prepare Your Return Package: Our customer service team will respond to your email within 1-3 business days.
They will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address in their reply.
Upon receiving this information, please return the item to the specified return address.

3, Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
